Creative Producing
The Deconstructive Theatre Project is a not-for-profit multimedia storytelling laboratory and arts education organization that I founded and led from 2006 until 2016 in New York City. The company worked collaboratively to create a series of live cinema performance projects, installations, theatre in education engagement classes, and community-centered cultural events.
I directed and produced all of the company’s activities for the ten years that I led its endeavors.
The Prototype Festival of new opera and music-theatre produces and presents a wide spectrum of works, from intimate black-box experiences to larger chamber opera productions across the five boroughs of New York City each January. The festival was a co-production of HERE and Beth Morrison Projects.
I served as the Associate Creative Producer of Prototype, contributing to the development, planning, and premiere of nearly 25 multimedia music and performance projects between 2013 and 2016.
